We can offer you a buggy to get around

The 18 holes golf course (which was built in 1994) is in the process of a comprehensive redesign. The golf course is closed during renovation. Three new greens are being added to restore the full 18 holes, and fifteen greens are being rebuilt from scratch, making them larger. The rebuild will create six ‘signature’ holes and add many water hazards.

Complementing the golf course are the 82 (third party) holiday lodges, such that here is the perfect destination for a golf break, see the HOLIDAY HERE page. There are usually (third party) lodges for sale (via agents) or, if you wish to build one to your own design, plots on the edge of a large lake (one mile away) are also for sale; see the BUY PLOTS page.

North Devon is an exceptional place; it might seem to the visitor that it has been left behind in a time warp. The appeal is enhanced by beautiful beaches, superb surf, marvellous walking on moors and a lovely landscape. There is also the opportunity to study the marvels of the night sky, free from light pollution.
